Walt Disney World, I always recommend they try ‘Ohana restaurant in the Disney Polynesian Resort. It’s so good! I can’t resist a place that serves drinks in pineapples!
The dinner is served family style (in keeping with the name, ‘Ohana, which we all know from Lilo and Stitch means “family”). The waiters bring out all kinds of all-you-can-eat meats, kind of like they do at Texas de Brazil. The appetizers consist of amazing coconut pineapple bread, vegetables, noodles, dumplings, wings and a great salad with a dressing that I had to get the recipe for. This restaurant is definitely food-coma status.
But be sure and save room for dessert, because their banana caramel bread pudding is one of my favorite desserts of all time. They also have a great banana chocolate crème brûlée, but you can’t miss the bread pudding. The restaurant also has a great view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks each night. This place is always packed, so be sure and make a reservation ahead of time!
