My Healthy Pregnancy Diet: Green Smoothie

One of my favorite ways to stay healthy during pregnancy is by starting my day with a green smoothie. I’ve even got my boyfriend drinking them, too! Here’s one of my favorite recipes:

Strawberry Banana Smoothie:

-2 cups water
-2 large handfuls of spinach
-1 banana
-2 cups strawberries

Directions:
-Blend spinach and water well
-Add banana and strawberries (be sure to cut the leaves off of the strawberries)

Feel free to add even more strawberries for a sweeter taste! This makes 2 large smoothies. Let me know how you like it! What’s your favorite smoothie recipe?
