Back-On-Track Smoothie

Here is a recipe for a raspberry smoothie, perfect for getting back on track after the holidays!

-1 1/2 C water
-2 handfuls spinach
-1 banana
-1/2 C pure orange juice
-1 C fresh or frozen raspberries

Makes 2 smoothies:
1. Blend one and a half cups water and 2 handfuls of spinach in a blender till spinach looks liquified.
2. Add 1 banana, one half cup pure orange juice and 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries.
3. Blend til smooth. Enjoy!
