I’ve been exercising regularly throughout my pregnancy and I’ve tried many prenatal workout videos. By far my favorite is 10 Minute Solutions Prenatal Pilates. There are an assortment of 10 minute pilates routines on the DVD— you can either run them back to back for a full workout, or just choose one if you are in a hurry and can only fit in 10 minutes.
