Several of the health books I have been reading have recommended cooking with coconut oil instead of vegetable oil because coconut oil doesn’t turn rancid like the others do.

So far, I’ve tried it on my frying pans in place of spray or butter and it’s working well and also used it baking brownies in place of vegetable oil. Ok, I know there’s nothing “wellness” about brownies . . . But small steps! Lol
