Recommended reading: The Beauty Detox Foods by Kimberly Snyder. I loved her first book, The Beauty Detox Solution, so I had too get this one right when it came out. There are tons of recipes in this book (as you can see, mine is already marked up with post-it’s) but my favorite thing about Kimberly’s books is how informative they are. She really breaks down which foods are beneficial to you and which ones aren’t, giving all the reasons why. I love learning about nutrition, it helps me make better choices when I’m eating out, which for me is most of the time.
