Has anyone tried the 30 day squat challenge? I’ve added it to my workout along with the 30 day ab challenge, which I must admit, I am lagging on. I think I started it 30 days ago and still have about 7 days to go-even though there are rest days worked into the challenge, there are still some days I just can’t fit it in. Just as important as finding time to do the squats is to do them correctly. The first few days, I wasn’t sore at all and was feeling the burn on my legs above my knees and not on the back of the legs and butt, where I wanted to target my workout. I found these tips and this picture online, which helped me a lot!
