Who says dessert can’t be healthy? Here’s one of my favorite dessert smoothie recipes — it tastes like apple pie, but it’s still healthy!
-1 cup almond milk
-1 frozen banana
-1 sliced apple (I prefer gala, but whichever type apple you like will do)
-1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (I prefer coconut yogurt, but if I can’t find that, I try to find a sheep or goat’s milk yogurt because I’m kind of lactose intolerant. Most yogurts have some sugar in them, that’s why I consider this a dessert smoothie, and not a “breakfast green” smoothie)
-1 tsp cinnamon.
Blend and enjoy!
