Wellness Wednesday: Kale-Berry Smoothie

Kale isn’t everyone’s favorite tasting food but it is definitely a key ingredient for a delicious green smoothie. I love green smoothies mixed with fruit because they add the perfect dose of natural sweetness. -1 cup blueberries

-1 cup strawberries

-1 cup raspberries

-2 tablespoons goji berries (optional topping)
