My latest health obsession is my lemon tree! Lemons are such a great way to make water more palatable, add more vitamins to your diet and naturally detoxify. One of my favorite tips from the Kimberly Snyder books (my favorites) is to drink a mug of hot water with lemon first thing every morning to help detox. Detoxifying can often be a first step to successful weight loss!
